Position: Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – Part-Time

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and fully licensed PhD or PsyD-level Psychologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, including at least 16 hours of in-person sessions at our Santa Monica office. The role also includes the flexibility to conduct a portion of sessions virtually. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with individuals, couples, and families, and is experienced in evidence-based treatment modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices
- Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals
- Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards of care in California
Qualifications:
- Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program
- Active, unrestricted California Psychologist License (required)
- Competency and experience in CBT and/or DBT
- Clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Commitment to culturally sensitive, inclusive, and client-centered care
