Position: Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD) – Part-Time

Los Angeles Therapy Institute is a boutique psychology clinic located in Santa Monica, CA, dedicated to providing high-quality, evidence-based mental health care. We offer a warm, collaborative environment for clinicians who are passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families.

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate, skilled, and fully licensed PhD or PsyD-level Psychologist to join our team on a part-time basis. This position requires a minimum commitment of 20 hours per week, including at least 16 hours of in-person sessions at our Santa Monica office. The role also includes the flexibility to conduct a portion of sessions virtually. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with individuals, couples, and families, and is experienced in evidence-based treatment modalities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy for individuals, couples, and families using evidence-based practices
  • Develop individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate, timely documentation
  • Participate in clinical consultation and collaborate with a supportive team of professionals
  • Maintain compliance with legal and ethical standards of care in California

Qualifications:

  • Doctoral degree (PhD or PsyD) in Psychology from an accredited program
  • Active, unrestricted California Psychologist License (required)
  • Competency and experience in CBT and/or DBT
  • Clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Commitment to culturally sensitive, inclusive, and client-centered care
